KEY THEMES

Primordial prevention is at the heart of our clinician-led Institute reflecting our unique, evidence-led approach to tackling global health issues by preventing the emergence of the early risk factors that underpin chronic mental, social and physical health issues.

Primordial health is a holistic concept that reflects the transformative impact of mental well-being, nutrition, physical activity, lifestyle choices, community and environmental factors in determining long-term health outcomes, fueling human potential.

Primordial approaches focus on integration, with personalised precision-based solutions / ingredients / pathways based on the interplay between biological, cognitive, behavioural, psychological, technological solutions.
